This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for transactions made through the SkyvroNetworks escrow system.
For eligible transactions, buyer funds are held in escrow and only released to the seller after ownership transfer is confirmed. If a transfer cannot be completed, escrowed funds are returned to the buyer.
A refund may be issued if the seller fails to deliver the asset, the asset materially differs from the listing, or the transfer cannot be verified within the agreed window. Refund requests must be raised through the platform’s dispute process before funds are released.
Once ownership has been transferred and confirmed, and escrow has been released, sales are generally final. Platform commission on a completed transaction is non-refundable except where required by law.
If a buyer and seller cannot agree, either party may open a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence provided by both sides and determines an outcome, which may include full refund, partial refund or release to the seller.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or platform wallet. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
